This means that each item will be made and will not ship for at least 6 days

and workload plus shipping time from Florida to your state.

RETURN POLICY:
We want you to love your item.
But if you don't, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. All you need to do is visit our EBAY STORE and contact seller thru eBay messages and inform us of a return. Please reuse all boxes and packing materials (as we packed it) for safe return and put new labels over old (or remove them).
Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund and only statue purchase price will be refunded to your PayPal.
If the returned item arrives broken upon receipt to us, customer must file claim with carrier they used to receive their monies due. We will not refund monies if item arrives broken to us!

SHIPPING/RECEIVING INFORMATION:
ALL STATUARY WE SHIP IS INSURED BY UPS AND IF BROKEN DURING SHIPMENT,
CONTACT SELLER (US) ASAP AND A REPLACEMENT WILL BE MADE AND
SENT UPON SEEING EMAILED PICTURES NEEDED TO PROCESS CLAIM!
PLEASE DO NOT SEND BACK WITH UPS DRIVER as buyer is responsible to pay
return shipping cost and potentially COULD forfeit THE DAMAGES claim for us.
All our large/heavy statuary is professionally packed using an inner and outer box. Each statue is carefully
sealed in bubble wrap and the box is filled with Styrofoam peanuts to ensure the safest delivery possible for this fine quality statue.
Lightweight or small pieces may only need 1 box + peanuts and wrap.  UPS GROUND ONLY.
Once box is picked up by UPS, shipment delivery time to the lower 48 states is anywhere from 1-6 week days (not to include weekends)
depending upon distance of your location from Pensacola, Florida cannot be delivered to
PO Boxes.
YOUR STREET ADDRESS
IS NECESSARY FOR A UPS DELIVERY.
Check and change your eBay account to reflect a street name and number for delivery please.
BROKEN STATUARY:
Generally our superior packing allows item to arrive in one piece.
But if item arrives broken, keep item and box with packing materials
DO NOT RETURN TO UPS.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs if UPS takes box back!
CONTACT SELLER right away thru eBay messages. A digital picture will be needed of the box,
packing materials and broken item and do keep all materials for UPS inspection.
We will handle the UPS claim and item replacement.
