Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 6 business days of the receiving the returned item. Please contact us if there is a problem. Return the item(s) along with the Invoice please include your username, in their original packaging and condition – unused with tags (or box) and free from the smells of perfume, alcohol, detergent, or smoke. Items must be returned within 5 business days of requesting a return. Buyer is required to pay for the postage to return the item to seller. If an item is returned to sender, i.e. seller (wrong address, not called for, etc.) buyer is required to pay a postage fee again so that seller can resend the item. If the item is not needed to be resent, the full price of the item will be refunded, but not the original postage.
    Exchanges for other sizes available will cost original postage to cover exchanging & reposting but must be confirmed with us first, and received back under the above terms.
