A captivating Gold Max d'Or of 18th century Bavaria. Light mount trace at 12:00, otherwise close to an Extremely Fine example with strong eye appeal. Issued for Duke and Elector Maximilian I Emanuel, who ruled, 1677-1726. Munich mint. Bewigged bust facing right on the obverse, Madonna standing with the Christ child on the reverse.
