    Description

Rare! Thaler TYPE COIN of significant age. Im assuming it’s not a recast as it came from an advanced collection. Probably one of only 10 or fewer to exist.
    Silver or silver alloy.
GERMANY, AR medal, 1626, Dadler (?). D / The Roman Charity: a young woman breastfeeding her father in chains and condemned to die of hunger. R / Three storks in flight over the city of Dresden, fighting over a snake. Goppel 1144; Wiecek 26.
    Very Fine
Very esoteric piece for the collector. I’m hoping someone out there can determine the quality and origin here as I am not a dealer! About 41mm; 20 grams.
