In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during shipping we will offer a refund or replacement of your purchase.

Please pay as soon as possible after winning an auction, as that will allow us to reserve stock & process your order sooner.
All products purchased through Enterasource come with a two-year next business day parts replacement warranty (unless otherwise specified in the listing description). Hard drives purchased individually come with a one-year warranty.
