Clothing Lot found in Chatty Baby Doll Case

I bought a Chatty Baby doll case at an estate sale. I am not familiar with that doll, but some clothing was labeled. Most was not labeled , but very well made. Hopefully the ruler by the clothing will help you know the size for sure. The lady of the house may have been a doll and doll clothes maker.  Everything is in nice condition, I only see a dark smudge on the back of the coat collar. Buyer pays shipping by Priority mail.
